1. What is Bio-Ceramic? (batu is stone)

Bio-Ceramic is the product which is made from of various kind of ceramic mixed with mineral oxides likes Silica Oxide (SiO2), Aluminum Oxide (AI202) and etc. The mixture of these materials will emit FIR (far-infrared rays)

2. How is Bio-Ceramic made?

Bio-ceramic is made from 26 kind of ceramic with various mineral oxides and heated together at 1600 degrees centigrade and left to cool down. After it has cooled down, this bio-ceramic will be capable emitting FIR (far-infrared rays)

3. What is Far-infrared Rays?

Far-infrared rays is part of the sunlight spectrum which is invisible to the naked eye. It also known as Biogenetic rays (between 6 to 14 microns). Biogenetics rays has been proven by scientists to promote the growth and health of living cells especially in plants, animals and human beings.

4. What is the effect of Far-infrared rays?

FIR cause resonance with water molecules. It ionize and activates water molecules in our cells and blood thus improving our blood circulation and health condition. The human body contains more than 70% water (H2O) by weight.

6. Is there any guarantee of the effectiveness after using product?

The company or anybody will not guarantee anybody the effectiveness after using our product. Even doctor could not guarantee their patients about their medicines. However, what needs to be explained is the scientific proof regarding its efficacy in prevention and healing process. Testimonies are also very useful from people who have used our products.

7. Will people be addicted to using our products?

There is no scientific evidence to prove that our product are addictive.

8. Is there any limit for using our products?

There is no age limit for using our products. In facts, FIR is needs from the day you were born until old age.

9. Is there any side-effects after using this products?

There is no side-effects after using our products, but they may be cases of users experiencing what we call "healing crisis"

10. What is the "healing crisis" ?

Healing crisis is when our body experiences the process of toxin discharge. This may be followed by pains to our body. In such case, it is advised to continue usage. In cases where serious pains occur, stop using temporarily and then continue use afterwards.

11. Is there are possibility that we do not feel anything using these products?

In fact, the effects feel by users will vary depending on our health needs. If we do not feel anything by using these products, our bodies may be healthier than others. However, in such case, usage of these product on the long run will benefit us and act as a preventive measure.

12. How long does it take to fell the effects?
